5-minute exercise for you during work, on holiday or at home

Sit on the edge of your chair, bend your knees and keep your feet flat. Grasp sides of chair, lean back slightly. Pull your knees toward your chest and crunch your upper body forward. Lower feet almost to floor, and let them touch when you finish the set.

  1. Chair Mountain Climbers

Start in a plank position with your hands under your shoulders and the tops of your feet resting on the chair’s seat. Draw one knee toward your chest while you’re balancing on your hands and one foot. Return the foot to the chair and repeat using the other leg.

  1. Chair Dips

Stand in front of a chair facing away from the seat. Sit down on the edge of your chair and put your hand behind your hips. Lift your buns off the chear and move your feet forward. Lower your body downward and then raise it upward supporting your weight with your arms.
