Delivery Costs and Timeframes
All prices are in EUR. Free shipping thresholds are calculated on your order value after any discounts and including VAT.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and are counted from the day your order is dispatched.

When We Ship
Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed. Orders placed before 12:00 CET on a working day are normally dispatched the same day; orders placed later, or at weekends and on public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
Unless we agree a different date with you, we will deliver within 30 days of your order being confirmed. If we miss that deadline, you may give us a reasonable additional period to deliver. If we still fail to deliver within that additional period, you may cancel the order and we will refund you in full without undue delay.
Customs, Duties and Import Charges
For deliveries outside the European Union, including Switzerland, your order may be subject to import duties, import VAT, and carrier handling fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not included in the price you pay us, and are your responsibility as the importer. We recommend checking your local rules before ordering.
If a parcel is refused or returned to us because these charges were not paid, we will refund the price of the goods, less the cost of return shipping.
Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession of them.
Delivery Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address given was incorrect or incomplete, and it is returned to us, we will refund the price of the goods, less the cost of return shipping.
Problems With Your Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all, contact us at info@vit2go.net with your order number and, where relevant, a photo, so that we can resolve it. This is separate from your right to withdraw from an order, which is covered in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
